We stand by our gear. All of our products are thoughtfully designed in-house or handpicked from the most trusted brands. We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and have the return policy to back it up. Send us your new, unused gear at any time for a full refund—no questions asked. And if you’re not completely stoked on a product, you can return your used gear within 30 days of delivery to receive credit in the GoWorx store.
New, unused gear has to be returned in the condition you received it, with the original box, packaging and tags.
Used and undamaged gear will be traded for credit in your GoWorx account. We cannot accept products damaged due to negligence, misuse or abuse.
GOWORX® PRODUCTS WARRANTY
GoWorx proudly guarantees the quality and performance of our in-house designed products. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of GoWorx for the practical lifetime of the product. Product damaged through wear and tear, neglect, or misuse may be repaired or replaced at a nominal charge. All GoWorx products must be purchased directly from our website or from an authorized reseller in order to be eligible for and covered by our guarantee.
To make a warranty claim, please email us at contact@goworx.com with a high quality photo of the issue, as much detail as possible, and the location of purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR ALL OTHER BRANDS
Every manufacturer or brand has a different warranty policy for their products. The fastest way to make a warranty claim for all other brands/products is to contact the manufacturer directly. Feel free to send us an email to contact@goworx.com and we will do our best to assist you in the process. Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include your order number, date of purchase, item brand and product description, and a picture of the defect.
RETURNS
If you'd like to make a return, please email us at contact@goworx.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once we issue your RMA number, please send your product(s) back to us at the address below with your RMA number clearly stated on the box. GoWorx is not responsible for return shipping cost. We encourage you to return product(s) using a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

It generally takes 2-4 business days to process a return after it arrives at our headquarters. We will send you an email confirmation after we successfully receive your returned products and issue a refund. Sorry, but your original shipping cost is not refundable.
