Send us your new, unused gear at any time for a full refund—no questions asked. And if you’re not completely stoked on a product, you can return your used gear within 30 days of delivery to receive credit in the GoWorx store.

New, unused gear has to be returned in the condition you received it, with the original box, packaging and tags.

Used and undamaged gear will be traded for credit in your GoWorx account. We cannot accept products damaged due to negligence, misuse or abuse.
